…lness — is a burden I never wish upon anyone. Social media is absolute trash. Especially Instagram. According to a study conducted by the Royal Society for Public Health and the Young Health Movement, Instagram is ranked the worst out of all the major social media platforms in terms of detriments to mental health.

I didn't know this, but it makes sense. For me and my depression, Twitter has been the most dangerous. I recently quit. I was like an addiction, but I'm glad I left.
